A) If I win a consulting deal
Trigger: at least $25,000 one-time or $5,000/month.
- Do now: publish one case study; hire part-time help; start PTAC + veteran-owned steps.
- Spend first $25k: 40% Delivery • 30% Growth • 20% Product • 10% Reserve.
- Aim next: 3 proposals/month; 2 case studies live; 1 gated webinar.
B) If a school/district signs a curriculum deal
Trigger: at least $50,000.
- Do now: build a modular course pack; line up 2–3 adjuncts; record 3 demo lessons; get testimonials.
- Spend first $50k: 45% Delivery • 25% Growth • 20% Product • 10% Reserve.
- Aim next: 2 new district intros; 1 paid pilot; 500 teacher leads.
C) If the media engine shows traction
Trigger: hit any two — 5,000 monthly visitors, 2,000 email subscribers, 4 videos/month, or one sponsor inquiry.
- Do now: weekly show; publish sponsor kit; add lead magnets tied to services.
- Quarterly spend: 35% Content • 35% Distribution • 20% Offers • 10% Reserve.
- Aim next: 2 sponsors/quarter or 1 enterprise inbound/month; ~10% of leads book a call.
D) If a financial partner is secured (real estate / OZ pilot)
Trigger: JV or capital partner confirmed.
- Do now: start interconnect and permits; agree JV terms; map incentives; publish a simple project page.
- Partner budget: 60% Engineering/Permitting • 25% Media (document the pilot) • 15% Community/Education.
- Aim next: signed LOI with utility/site host; grant/tax credit eligibility confirmed.
Meeting Asks (for SBDC)
- Focus on process for immediate retainers to do work.
- 20 to 50 contacts + veteran-owned certification roadmap.
- 100 to 500 applications for grants and contracts
- Contact to trade, contractors, companies, JV style
- Upcoming grants/solicitations aligned to education, veterans, and clean energy.
